Általános rendelkezések:
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) contain the terms of purchase through the Pannon Bloom webshop. By making a purchase, the buyer accepts the provisions of these GTC. Our webshop aims to sell saffron and saffron-related products.
Fogalmak:
Webshop: the online platform of Pannon Bloom where products can be purchased. Buyer/consumer: any natural person purchasing products through the webshop. Smallholder: the producer of the product, József Kossik.
A szerződés létrejötte
The purchase becomes valid upon confirmation of the order. By placing the order, the buyer accepts the GTC.
Termékek és árak
The prices listed in the webshop are in forints and include VAT.
Fizetési módok
Our webshop offers the following payment methods: bank transfer, card payment, and cash on delivery.
Szállítás
A termékeket Magyarország területén belül szállítjuk, szállítási költség nincs. A kiszállítás a megrendeléstől számított 8 munkanapon belül történik
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our goal is for our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request the return of the product under the following conditions.
Elállási jog
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the product, according to the relevant legislation.

Return conditions
The returned product must:
- be unopened,
- show no signs of use,
- be returned in its original packaging.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Refund
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will contact the customer and refund the purchase price within 14 days at the latest.
Damaged or defective product
If the product arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and, if possible, send a photo of the issue.
Warranty and guarantee
The products are subject to the warranty provided by law. There is no additional guarantee.

Data management
The webshop handles customer data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Other provisions
Hungarian law applies to the contract. The webshop reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, and will notify customers of changes on the website.
